Connected applications
Each CRM that sends documents to Diem Office (SingleDebt, Taurus, ...) is a connected application (technically a "tenant"). Its documents are kept separate from every other application. Create one here, then give its developer the API key and secret shown once after creation.

Backups
A backup contains the database and every stored document version. Backups are kept on the server's private storage; copy them to a second location as described in docs/DEPLOYMENT.md.
